One hour workshop

It is completely tailor made.

You tell me about your pizza-goals and issues, we discuss things while we proceed and see where this leads, in a conversational and informal tone. Expect explanations, troubleshooting and questions finally answered! We will break down the four main ingredients of pizza dough, learn about the differences between various kinds of flour and yeast and understand why we use one rather than the other.

If needed, we can get our hands dirty together while preparing some dough from scratch.

The duration is one hour, but I will never cut the ongoing conversation short! If necessary, I can allow a bit of headroom ;)

The workshop will be held using Google Meet, it's very easy to use and it works in your browser, no need to install anything. To join, simply follow the direct link that you will find on the confirmation email - but there's also a nice button on the booking page on my website!

When choosing the date, you can select your time zone from the dropdown menu on top of the calendar.

What you will need: a small kitchen scale is a must. You will also need a couple of bowls, a tablespoon and a teaspoon. Then tap water, any flour you can find, any yeast and some table salt.

IMPORTANT: I'm perfectly fine if you invite other people to assist, but please understand I can not accept questions or interruptions from them.

Two hours workshop

Having more time, the amount and quality of informations I share are definitely next level. We can geek out quite a lot and discuss numbers, chemistry and biology.

I was totally lost before this session 😅 Too many recipes, too much confusion. But Fabio broke it all down so clearly! 🙌 Now I finally get what I was doing wrong, and my dough is actually working! The whole thing was super chill and fun too. If you're starting out, just book it and you’ll thank yourself later 🍕💥
